When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1 business day from our delivery location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your package leaves us.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over EGP 3000. For orders under EGP 3000, flat-rate EGP 100.
What's your return policy?
Free returns within 14 days for unworn items in original packaging. Exchanges are always free, even after 14 days.
How do I find the right size?
Check our size guide — our clothes run true to size. If your little one is between sizes, size up. We pre-wash everything so there's no surprise shrinkage.
Are your products really organic?
Yes — all our fabrics are premium organic cotton. We can share full certifications on request.
Do you ship internationally?
